Returns & Refunds


Non print on demand merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order. Print-on-demand items are non-returnable except in the case of an item defectAll merchandise must be in resalable condition unless damaged or defective, items cannot be returned if worn or washed.  Original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded unless it is a damaged item. To return an order please email csr@dreamermedia.com for return authorization.

Damaged & Incorrect Goods

We do our best to check all outgoing product, however if you receive damaged or incorrect goods please contact our customer service at csr@dreamermedia.com. We will issue a return label as well as ship replacement/correct goods to you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on non print on demand merchandise Print-on-demand items are non-returnable for exchange, Items must be in new resalable condition and not worn or washed.  Items would need to be returned along with a $10 money order or check made out to Dreamer, LLC to cover postage for new items and restocking fees. Please email csr@dreamermedia.com for return authorization.

Pre-Sales

For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed; If the order cannot be fulfilled your account will be credited in full. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full. Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.
