We ship orders daily from our warehouse; but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the order was placed to be shipped, in case an order has a product that needs to be printed on demand. Please allow extra time during the winter holidays. Once your order ships via the method of shipping you pay for at the time of placing your order, please allow for that delivery time. Please note that there have been delays and tracking issues nationwide with USPS and unfortunately we have no control once the package leaves our facility so we cannot guarantee delivery times. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and those days do not count against the 5 business day time frame.We base our shipping charges on the weight of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. For all methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package. We strongly suggest adding Route insurance at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft and damage, as we have no control of and cannot be responsible or issue refunds or replacements for the delivery process. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and holidays within the United States) will not be processed until the following business day.
Deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service, regardless of the method you pay for.
US Territories-Most items may be shipped to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail.
International-Other than the U.S. Territories, we do ship to select countries outside the U.S. at an additional cost. These additional shipping costs, will be charged to directly to you.Please be aware that all orders shipping outside of the United States, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by your local government customs officials and we cannot estimate them prior to shipment. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we are required by law to provide accurate information to customs officials. Marking an order as a 'Gift' will not prevent fees from being charged.
Delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Final delivery may take longer to some international destinations due to border restrictions and potential holds at customs. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay. Please be sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached when placing your order. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities in advance of ordering to determine your country's specific import requirements.
How long will it take to ship my order?
The standard time is 5 business, however we do try to send your order as soon as possible. We apologize if your order takes longer than expected; especially during the winter Holidays. In addition, for any premium items please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery; as these are made cut and sew on demand; during the month of December these orders can take up to weeks to be delivered; please plan accordingly.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in My Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "delete" button to remove an item. When you're ready to place an order for everything in "My Cart Items" click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. It is recommended that the billing and shipping address match. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
Choose a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order and choose a shipping method. Please note that there have been delays and tracking issues nationwide with USPS and unfortunately we have no control once the package leaves our facility. We cannot issue refunds for shipping methods as we nor any other retailer or shipping service can make guarantees as shipping times are very fluid and unpredictable, as well as out of our control. We strongly suggest adding Route insurance at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft and damage, as we have no control of and cannot be responsible or issue refunds or replacements for the delivery process. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

CHECK THE ACCURACY OF YOUR ORDER AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED, and make any necessary adjustments. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made or cancelled once the order is placed,
as it is immediately submitted for processing, When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button only once to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail message (check your spam).
We automatically send a confirmation email and tracking email; if you do not see these emails please check your spam folder for emails from csr@rockandrolltshirts.com. If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters processing, please email csr@rockandrolltshirts.com with your ORDER NUMBER. Please note that we are unable to cancel, change or add items to an order once it has reached the fulfillment stage. Business hours are M-F 9am to 5pm CST, please allow at least 24 hours for replies.
